Over the years, when a new building contacted us about services, it was expected they would want to speak to the Boards of current buildings we were managing. As our online presence grew, so did our inquiries. As you can imagine we begun to receive several management requests monthly. While not all are a good fit, even the ones that are, it can get very bothersome very quick for our Board members to constantly answer potential clients' questions. Per our past Board reference volunteers, some of those emails have come in with 20+ questions! So as of January 2022, we slowly phased out from giving out our Board members emails for references and questions.
In shifting away from the method of passing on Board members email addresses, we asked some of them for letters of recommendation. Below is what they have to say about the ET Property Management Team.
