This tenant application is for an apartment located in a property brokered by ETBK Real Estate.

Application Requirements

​

ALL apartments require :

• Tenant application for all adults living in the unit

• Tenant income confirmation for all adults living in the unit

• Credit check for all adults living in the unit - $20 fee per credit application [non-refundable]

• Security deposit - 1 month's rent paid to the landlord

• First month's rent - paid to the landlord

• Broker's fee - 1 month's rent paid to the broker

• *Where applicable some condo/coop buildings require a tenant application fee

• *Where applicable some Broker's fees are waived for the tenant

Document Requirements

 

Documents to submit with application: 

• Proof of identity - Photo ID (copy of passport, drivers license, state ID)

• Proof of current residency (cable bill, utility bill, etc)

  • If living with family/roommates provide a signed statement from that person with their contact details.

• Proof of employment and income [all 3 listed below]

  • 3 recent pay stubs

  • Last year's W2

  • Employment offer letter

• Proof of 3 recent on time rental payments - *If your current living situation is unique, i.e., living with family, friends, you are not paying rent in the traditional sense, please explain. 

• Checking Bank Statement - Last Month

• Savings Bank Statement - Last Month

• Reference from employment

• Personal reference

• ETBK Real Estate reserves the right to ask for additional documents should deem necessary

• Electronic signatures are treated as originals.
