And it's official!
We've created our trifecta. ETGC & ETPM introduces ETBK Real Estate!
Our story starts with a young kid, shadowing his father, learning a trade probably before he even realized how this would shape his life. Running around job sites, asking to help break things down and then build them up.
Through the years, investing in where we lived, our Park Slope & Gowanus multi families created a natural and eventual opportunity to add property management to our services, not only for our own buildings but for other property owners in the neighborhoods.
With decades in, thousands of projects, spanning 2 generations, a loyal & committed team that would employ family, friends, local vendors and some of the hardest working people in Brooklyn, our decision to take the next step came easy.
It was time to add to the 2 businesses and make TEAM ETBK complete.
ETBK Real Estate is born!
Like with any new journey TEAM ETBK has embarked upon, it will take some time, hands-on experience, and most importantly, faith & trust from our loyal clients.
This could not and would not have ever been possible without you all. And we thank you for your belief in us and for continuing to choose us & recommend us to your family, friends & neighbors.
TEAM ETBK now provides Real Estate Services, alongside our General Construction Services and our Property Management Services.
